Currently we are serving customers all around the globe. We are using Canada Post, and UPS services as choice of our shipments. If you require to use other courier please let us know in advance. In order to get cost of shipping return please select the product that you want us to service add it to cart, and click on Shipping Estimate, you will receive live quotation from Canadian Post and UPS.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS



When shipping to our location, you are responsible for removal and installation of your product from your vehicle and packaging preparation. Please use good amount of packaging to protect product from being damaged during shipment to our location. It is your preference which shipping courier you will use to ship from and to our location. Please provide us with tracking number if available once the package is shipped to us. Once it arrives we will examine the part for any damages. If damage occurred because of poor packaging, Pixelfix.info is not responsible. We will help you notify shipping company of the damage occurred if outside box is damaged. We will notify you before we proceed with repair, it may delay the repair services if we can not get hold of you, either by email or telephone



FOR USA CUSTOMERS


When shipping to our location, you are responsible for removal and installation of your product from your vehicle and packaging preparation. Please use good amount of packaging to protect product from being damaged during shipment to our location.
You can use any size of the box that has enough room for extra packaging protection.

Free boxes you can obtain at any grocery store or electronic store or business depot. Boxes are also available at USPS, UPS stores  at extra charge.


When shipping to our location you will be asked to fill out Shipping Document which is standard and Commercial invoice document for shipping to Canada.
Commercial invoice is similar to shipping document it is used by Customs Border to track what product enters and exit the country borders.
Commercial invoice require fill out the names and addresses of both parties, what kind of product it is and the value.
VERY IMPORTANT
In shipment information please put following in Product description
"Sending used automotive defective part for repair service, it will be shipped back to USA"
Value  is "$20usd"

Is some papers ask what is the final destination , put USA, since the product will be return back to you repaired.

And you are set for shipping.

Pixelfix.info Return Information

Should the product, in Pixelfix.info’s opinion, fail to be in good working order during the warranty period, Pixelfix.info will, at its option, repair or replace this product at no charge, provided that the product has not been subjected to abuse, misuse, accident, disaster or non-Pixelfix.info authorized modification or repair. Pixelfix.info will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party devices that causes LCD display to malfunction or fail.

Any dismantling, repair attempt, or use for other than the intended purpose of a part purchased from or repaired by Pixelfix.info immediately voids whatever is left of the warranty.

A part is deemed as "failed" only if and when the display becomes unreadable, or fails to display at all. A display missing only segments of pixels that do not prevent interpretation of the information on the screen has not failed.  A display missing 2 or fewer time pixels has not failed.

You may obtain warranty service by delivering this product to Pixelfix.info location along with proof of purchase. Product returned to Pixelfix.info must be pre-authorized by Pixelfix.info with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) RequestRMA (Return Material Authorization)Request Request number marked on the outside of the package and sent prepaid, insured and packaged for safe shipment.


Optional 2, 3, 5 Year Warranty is defined as the serviceable life of the product. This is defined as the period during which all components are available. Should the product prove to be irreparable, Pixelfix.info reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product if available.

Within 90 days from the date of receiving the product shipping return will be Free of Charge. (using Canada Post Expedited)
Past 90 days from the date of receiving the product shipping charges will be extra.


Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service or products we will glad to process refund (minus the shipping return and re-stocking fee based on chart below) * Product must be returned for refund. 
Electronic components such us gauge motors, circuit board processors, LCD, circuit board components, instrument clusters are subject to 25% re-stocking fee
Accessories like Gauge overlays, pointers, cluster rings are subject 10% re-stocking fee.
