Q: How long does it take to repair instrument cluster ?
A: It takes 1 day. Once we receive, it goes through diagnostics test
    to confirm that nothing else is causing the LCD to malfunction,
    next step is to disassemble the instrument cluster and new LCD replacement is installed,
    then it goes through final diagnostic tests, re-calibration to check functionality.

Q: Is there a warranty offered with the repair ?
A: Yes it is. We have two options  1 year warranty on LCD or
     for extra $50.00 cdn you will get Limited Life Time Warranty for LCD display.

Q: Will I loose any data like mileage, programmed codes in my instrument cluster ?
A: No you will not loose any data, everything stays the same, we don't change any information programmed in your cluster.

Q: Can I drive my vehicle once the cluster is removed ?
A: No you can't drive your vehicle.
    In 'some' cars immobilizer system will not allow you to start up the vehicle without the cluster 

Q: How long does it take to ship the cluster back to me ?
A: The repaired unit is shipped based on the choice of shipping services you requested.
    Each service has approximate time of delivery time.
    The package is shipped the next following business day.

Q: Do you provide tracking and do you insure the package ?
A: All shipments from Pixelfix.info are tracked and insured for the amount of the
service provided.

Q: How do you want me to ship the package to you ?
A: Once you remove the cluster, please ship in box that has some room for package protection
    Put the cluster in the bag , and inside the box, fill it with either shredded paper
    or packaging popcorn or air bubble packaging to prevent any damaged during shipment

Q: Do you provide instructions how to remove cluster from the vehicle.
A: We have basic information how to remove cluster, we might not have exact instructions
    please contact us for more information.
    Information is provided once you place an order with us.

Q: Do I required any specialized tools to remove the cluster from the vehicle ?
A: To remove cluster you need either Philip or hex screw driver and small Flathead screw driver.
     Philip or hex screw driver is used to remove two screws that hold the cluster to the car
     small Flathead screw driver is used to dis-engage the latch on the connector

Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
    All payments are done through PayPal.
